Our Cancellation Policy -  
We require a notice of 48 hours before your appointment if you are cancelling. If a cancellation is made after the 48 hour policy you will be required to pay 50% of your bill. 
Deposits - 
We require a non-refundable deposit when booking in for bespoke colouring (balayage) online when booking or In salon. The deposit will then be deducted from your total bill at your appointment. 
Patch Test (Allergy Test) - 
All colour that touches your skin will require a skin test at least 48 hours before you appointment. No appointment needed, let us know your name and that you need a skin test. You will need to renew your skin test every 6 months if you are not a regular colour client of ours. 
Age Restrictions - 
We do not colour or perm hair of anyone under the age of 16 due to manufacturer guidelines.
