Policies 
Our Cancellation Policy -  
We require a notice of 48 hours before your appointment if you are cancelling. If a cancellation is made after the 48 hour policy you will be required to pay 50% of your bill. 
 
No Show Appointments - 
If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the full service cost. We will then require a deposit to secure another appointment. 
 
Late Policy - 
If you are running late, don't worry, we allow a 10 minute grace period for services before contacting you. Timings after the 10 minute window may require a rebooking and incur a cancellation fee. 
 
Deposits - 
For all new clients we require a 20% non-refundable deposit when booking in for a colouring service. The deposit will then be deducted from your total bill at your appointment. 
 
Patch Test (Allergy Test) - 
All colour that touches your skin will require a skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment. No appointment needed, let us know your name and that you need a skin test. You will need to renew your skin test every 6 months if you are not a regular colour client of ours. 
 
Age Restrictions - 
We do not colour the hair of anyone under the age of 16 due to manufacturer guidelines.
